The history of Armagnacs Jean Cavé began in 1883, when Mr. Jean Cavé, a winegrower in Lannepax, set up as a 'bouilleur éleveur' (distiller and grower) surrounded by his wife and two sons. Located in the heart of the Armagnac appellation, this house saw four generations succeed each other, excelling in the distillation, aging, and maturation of Armagnac brandies. Stored in old oak barrels, they have been subjected to the work of time to acquire the nobility of the greatest nectars. It was during a long aging process that it acquired the fullness of its aromas. Cap Vintage, a specialist in vintage products, certifies the conformity, origin, and quality of this Armagnac.
