Cognac Lhéraud

Vintage cognacs and old vintages from an independent family estate in the Charente region, aged on the finest terroirs of Charente for several generations.

The Lhéraud family saga: passion and independence

Passion is more than just a word for Cognac Lhéraud – it's total dedication. From Eugène, the winegrower who founded the first distillery, to Guy and Andrée, who took over the estate almost fifty years ago, the family has never left its Charente land. In 1970, Guy decided to market his brandies under his own name: Cognac Lhéraud was born.

Cognacs at natural strength and in vintages

The originality of the house lies in offering vintage Cognacs, aged in oak barrels at their natural strength without reduction. Each bottle corresponds to a unique harvest year, a faithful testament to an exceptional terroir and aging process. An approach similar to that used in Armagnac, rare in Cognac.

Tradition and modernity: the Lhéraud DNA

Lhéraud Cognacs are a unique blend of artisanal tradition and modern ambition. From generation to generation, the family perfects its expertise while opening up to the world – Guy travels more than 200 days a year to international fairs to promote the brand.
