Atelier Jean Cavé, the Armagnac Antiques Dealer
It was in 1883 that Armagnac Jean Cavé was born: Mr. Jean Cavé and his family, winegrowers in Lannepax, embarked on the profession of mobile distiller. This marked the beginning of the Armagnac Jean Cavé brand saga, which would see four generations succeed each other, developing the expertise in raising and aging Armagnac. In 1989, the Volpato father and son family took over and developed the trading activity, perpetuating the traditions under the expert eye of Mr. Henri Cavé, the fourth generation of the Cavé name.

As is often said in Armagnac, we live off the work of previous generations and we work for future ones. The result of over 130 years of passionate work is a remarkable collection of old vintage Armagnacs preserved in Paradise, a true temple dedicated to old Armagnacs in demijohns, protected from light.
