Cognac Bourgoin, a winemaker's Cognac since 1930

The Bourgoin Cognac family estate is located in Saint Saturnin between Angoulême and Cognac. At the heart of 90 hectares of vines, Frédéric Bourgoin produces atypical cognacs.
This estate has borne the name Bourgoin since 1930.
Today, at Bourgoin, it's a global vision of viticulture. From the earth and the grape, to the savoir-faire, to the finished product and its transmission. Frédéric explains that his ambition is to dust off the image of Cognac in order to better "reintroduce it to French consumers".
His approach is comprehensive, including all stages from winemaking to aging on the Estate. No blending, no filtration, no coloring or added sugar! Bottling is done by hand, by vintage, by plot and by barrel, in order to put "nature and humanity at the heart of the cognac production process".
