Vintages are the expression in the bottle of a particular year. The vintage expresses the climatic conditions of the natural sweet wine, in our case Rivesaltes, in which it was born.

The vinification of natural sweet wines comes from Muscats grown between land and sea, in the valleys of Aspres bordering the fertile Roussillon plain. These valleys host one of the hottest and most arid climates in France, which, combined with yield management, gives all the power and nobility characteristic of the natural sweet wines produced in this region. Beyond the rich history of natural sweet wines, Domaine Puig-Parahÿ has developed its estate by diversifying grape varieties and vinification methods to offer a wide range of wines to tempt you.
