Banyuls 1966 Cave de l'Étoile – Old Vintage | 75cl
Born in 1966 in the cellars of Cave de l'Étoile, founded in 1921 in Banyuls-sur-Mer, this vintage Banyuls comes from an exceptional vineyard located in the far south of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean. The vines, clinging to steep slopes on schist soil, are exclusively worked by hand. Over 60 years of aging in old oak barrels have given this vintage an extraordinary aromatic depth and complexity. Offered in a 75cl bottle.
