Born in 1904 in homage to Léonce Lafontan's mother, the "Veuve Lafontan & ses Enfants" range embodies over a century of passion for Armagnac. This 1966 vintage Bas-Armagnac, from the finest crus of the Gascon terroir, aged over 55 years in old oak barrels before being preserved to capture the unique expression of this exceptional vintage. Presented in a Cognacaise bottle in its wooden arch box.

Tasting Profile

Color: Brilliant and clear, topaz color with coppery reflections.
Nose: Elegant and fresh — dried flowers, dried fruit, rancio, orange zest, exotic fruit, clove, and cocoa.
Palate: Fresh, beautifully oily, ample, and fruity — citrus, pineapple, lemon, peach, walnuts, and almonds.
Finish: Harmonious and persistent.
