The history of Armagnacs Jean Cavé begins in 1883, when Mr. Jean Cavé, a winegrower in Lannepax, set up as a 'bouilleur éleveur' (distiller and producer) with his wife and two sons. Located in the heart of the Armagnac appellation, this house would see four generations succeed each other, excelling in the distillation, ageing, and maturation of Armagnac brandies. Stored in old oak barrels, they have been subjected to the work of time to acquire the nobility of the greatest nectars. It is during a long ageing process that it acquired the fullness of its aromas. Cap Vintage, a specialist in vintage products, certifies the conformity, origin, and quality of this Armagnac.
