1. Its palate has a direct and balanced attack. The tannins are still rich and very present. Subtle, elegant, aromatic, it expresses a beautiful freshness for its age, as well as a beautiful length.

With unique expertise in aging Banyuls, its range is exceptionally rich.
The vineyard is located at the southern tip of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean. It is bordered by the 4 ports of Collioure, Port-Vendres, Banyuls-sur-Mer, and Cerbère. Its area is 1800 hectares. It is between the sea and the mountains that the vines cling to steep slopes on schist soil. They are exclusively worked by hand.
