With unique expertise in aging Banyuls, its range is very rich.
The vineyard is located in the far south of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean. It is delimited by the 4 ports of Collioure, Port-Vendres, Banyuls-sur-Mer, and Cerbère. Its area is 1800 hectares. It is between sea and mountain that the vines cling to the steep slopes on schist soil. They are exclusively worked by hand.
