Sempé Armagnacs

The SEMPÉ house is one of the best-known Armagnac trading houses. It was founded in 1934 by Abel SEMPÉ, an tireless Gascon in the service of his country and region. He was in turn a recognized resistance fighter within the Armagnac battalion, then Senator for Gers for many years. Throughout his life, he kept the SEMPÉ brand close to his heart. He developed it worldwide from the 1950s with superb presentations, each more innovative than the last. Since his passing, SEMPÉ remains true to his image. A dynamic, innovative brand that is always accessible to the greatest number while respecting the ancestral know-how that Armagnac embodies.

Today, SEMPÉ is part of a Gascon wine group that perpetuates and strengthens Abel's brand.
