1. Its nose is still powerful, presenting aromas of butter, spices, and dried fruits.

1. Its palate has a frank and balanced attack. The tannins are still rich and very present. Subtle, elegant, aromatic, it expresses a beautiful freshness for its age, as well as a beautiful length.

With unique expertise in aging Banyuls, its range is incredibly rich. The vineyard is located in the extreme south of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean. It is delimited by the 4 ports of Collioure, Port-Vendres, Banyuls-sur-Mer, and Cerbère. Its surface area is 1800 hectares. It is between the sea and the mountains that the vines cling to the steep slopes on a schist soil. They are exclusively hand-tended.
