Marcel Trépout Armagnacs
Marcel Trépout Armagnacs have their origins at Château Notre Dame. In the 1940s, Marcel Trépout took over the cellars of Maison Daroux, which was located in the buildings. The eaux-de-vie are aged in oak barrels of about 400 liters for at least thirty years. The cellar master continuously monitors the aging process, barrel by barrel. Once the desired maturity is achieved, conservation continues in glass carboys.
