Maison Jean Cavé was founded in 1883 in Lannepax, in the heart of the Armagnac appellation, when Jean Cavé, a winegrower, set up as a distiller and producer with his wife and two sons. Four generations have succeeded one another, excelling in the distillation, ageing, and maturation of brandies. This 1996 vintage, stored in old oak barrels, has been subject to the work of time for 30 years to acquire the fullness of its aromas. Offered in an Olympe 70cl bottle, delivered in a wooden arch.
