Armagnac Jean Cavé: A Historic House
The history of Armagnac Jean Cavé began in 1883 in Lannepax, when Jean Cavé and his family, winemakers, became distillers. Over the generations, the house developed expertise dedicated to the aging and maturation of Armagnac brandies.
In 1989, the Volpato family took over the trading business and continued this work with respect for tradition, with the expertise of Henri Cavé. This continuity explains Jean Cavé's special place among connoisseurs of old Armagnacs.

The Jean Cavé range is distinguished by its many vintage references. Each bottle combines a harvest year, a story, and a unique tasting profile. The catalog includes old vintages, as well as more recent references, depending on availability.
