Pour 3 cl of Pousse Rapière liqueur into a flute or wine glass. Top with Château Monluc's Vin Sauvage (traditional method). The orange notes of the liqueur perfectly complement the fine bubbles of the Gascon sparkling wine.

Château Monluc — 5 generations of passion

Located in Saint-Puy, in the heart of Gascony, Château de Monluc has been rooted in the Armagnac tradition for five generations. It was René Lassus who, by improving the family recipe, combined the Armagnac liqueur with orange notes and the traditional method brut to create the Pousse Rapière cocktail. Once the residence of Blaise de Monluc (1500–1577), Marshal of France, the château is now home to an exceptional wine estate.
