Sempé Armagnacs
The SEMPÉ house is one of the most famous Armagnac trading houses. It was founded in 1934 by Abel SEMPÉ, a tireless Gascon serving his country and region. He was successively a recognized resistant within the Armagnac battalion and then Senator of Gers for many years. Throughout his life, he kept the SEMPÉ brand close to his heart. He developed it worldwide from the 1950s with superb presentations, each more innovative than the last. Since his passing, SEMPÉ has always reflected his image. A dynamic, innovative, and always accessible brand for the greatest number while respecting the ancestral know-how that Armagnac embodies.
Today, SEMPÉ is part of a Gascon wine group that perpetuates and strengthens Abel's brand.
