Born in 1976 in the cellars of Cave de l'Étoile, founded in 1921 in Banyuls-sur-Mer, this vintage Banyuls comes from an exceptional vineyard located in the far south of France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean. The vines, clinging to the steep slopes on schist soil, are exclusively worked by hand. A unique terroir for an exceptional vintage.

Color: Brilliant and clear, deep color with ruby reflections.
Nose: Still powerful, aromas of spices, dried fruits, and rancio.
Palate: Frank and balanced attack, rich tannins, subtle and elegant, lovely freshness for its age.
