The Pousse Rapière Elderflower Cocktail — Recipe

Pour 4 cl of Pousse Rapière Elderflower into a wine glass. Top up with Château Monluc's Vin Sauvage (traditional method). Add an elderflower blossom or a lime zest for a floral and elegant Gascon spritz.
