The history of the Jean Cavé house began in 1883, when Monsieur Jean Cavé, a winegrower in Lannepax, established himself as a 'bouilleur éleveur' (distiller and aging expert) surrounded by his wife and two sons.
Located in the heart of the Armagnac appellation, this house would see four generations succeed one another, excelling in the distillation, aging, and maturation of Armagnac brandies. Kept in old oak barrels, they have been subjected to the work of time to acquire the fullness of their aromas.
