LE POUSSE RAPIÈRE, MONLUC DÉVOILE LA NOUVELLE PRÉSENTATION

THE POUSSE RAPIÈRE, MONLUC UNVEILS THE NEW PRESENTATION

Pierre Dagnac

Château de Monluc is taking advantage of the Wine Paris Vinexpo 2022 event, from February 14 to 16, to unveil the new presentation of its emblematic liqueur, Pousse Rapière.

Created in 1963, the famous Pousse Rapière cocktail is produced by Château de Monluc, in Saint-Puy, in the Gers department. It is consumed as an aperitif and is the result of mixing the liqueur with Vin Sauvage, a traditionally made sparkling wine.

An unchanged recipe

The recipe is an Armagnac liqueur flavored with bitter orange. Created in the 1960s by René Lassus, this liqueur is an exclusive production of Château de Monluc. The recipe remains secret and unchanged for this new presentation.

A new personalized black glass bottle

Conceived and designed in-house, the new Pousse Rapière bottle was developed by the company Saverglass. The choice fell on a black glass presentation with reliefs indicating the MONLUC brand and its roots in the village of SAINT-PUY. Designed for a good grip, the choice was made to keep a decorated screw cap.

Two formats

The new Pousse Rapière presentation comes in two formats:

70 cl and 35 cl.

Available in 3 different strengths

The Pousse Rapière offer is now available in three different strengths: 20, 24, and 36 degrees with differentiated color codes.

A new addition to the range, the 36-degree version aims to appeal to the cocktail world.

The never-ending success of this Cocktail is due to the fact that both components have been developed, from the outset, with the aim of creating a balanced blend. The wine and the liqueur are made for each other. CAP Vintage and its team are delighted to offer you this historic liqueur from the world of Armagnac.
